I'm Javier, and I'm an actor, author, teacher, & producer. Explore the Spark is a program I began designed to help kids explore and develop their passion for the performing arts.
If you’re here, you may have a budding artist or performer on your hands! Whether your child wants to be in the spotlight or to step out of their comfort zone, this is an exciting journey to go on with them.
My three kids have followed in my footsteps growing their careers in the performing arts. This website is a hub where I will share all the most important insights for parents that I’ve learned firsthand. - An Illustrated Book for Grades K - 3rd -
Getting into the world of acting is both exciting and daunting, especially as a kid! Through JJ’s adventure, kids will get a peek into what it’s like to do an audition and learn new industry phrases like “casting director” or being “on set.” Most importantly, JJ’s adventure showcases the hard work and resilience required to be an actor, and that no matter how young, everyone has the power to follow their dreams.
